Refund policy

Thank you for supporting Colors of B! Every product is created with care, and I hope you love your order.

Because many of my products are made to order or produced in small batches, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email hi.colorsofb@gmail.com  within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the item. I'll do my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations :

All my prints are made to order, which means once your order has gone into production or has been shipped, I'm unable to make changes or cancel it.
