Shipping & Returns
Every order is carefully prepared and packed from my studio to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Many products are made to order, while others are ready to ship. Please allow 1–4 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and returns.
Shipping :
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from my studio. Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information whenever available.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Spain: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, local postal services, or seasonal demand.
Change of delivery address:
Requests to change the delivery address must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
Customs & Import Duties:
VAT is included in the print price for general purchases .
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
If your parcel is delayed by customs, please don't hesitate to get in touch and I'll do my best to help.
Returns:
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Please note that fine art prints are made to order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
